Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions

We can make your calculations for scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprint emissions, ready for you to put into your sustainability report.

Getting started

The whole world of sustainability reporting can be quite overwhelming. We are here to help to get you started.

Our starter package consists off a one hour free session!

One of our consultants will talk you through your ambitions and why you want to work on sustainability.

Together we will discuss AskIE’s 4 basic points: Strategy, Risk assessment, Emissions and way forward.

We will give valuable pointers for you to start on your strategy and reporting and can answer all questions you have.

Please see also our blogpost “How to get started with Sustainability“.

Assesment and data library

AskIE can help with a stocktaking of the information needed for a sustainability report for your company, according to the ESRS.

Our report will show where are the gaps in your companies sustainability strategy, and what is needed to close them.

The report comes off course with recommendations, not only on your reporting, but on your whole approach to sustainability.

Typically we need about 2 weeks (spread over a longer period) to complete.

We will start with an intake to understand the business, and to discuss what will be in and out of scope. Based on this we will ask for a set of documents.

About 2 weeks after we receive the documents the report will be ready.

We will have a closing meeting to discuss the results and the recommendations for your company to improve the sustainability footprint.

Report

We can make your ESG progress reporting as laid out in the CSRD. Either for the first time, or regulair follow up to highlight your initiatives and progress on lowering your ecological footprint. Reporting will be according to ESRS and GRI standards.

Define a Sustainability strategy

We can help your organization to define its sustainability strategy.

After an intake we will organize a workshop where we will facilitate a brainstorm session and discuss on topics like:

  • What is sustainability?
  • What is our companies strategy?
  • Can we use sustainability to differentiate from the competition?
  • What is the legal framework?
  • Are there other reasons for us to develop a sustainability strategy?
  • What is our ambition level?
  •

After collectively answering these questions, in part two of the workshop, we will discuss how our ideal future would look like, and work our way back to concrete tactics, actions and timelines. It will be a fun exercise, and force to think strategically about sustainability. This will give you an edge on your competition!

No strategic plan is complete without allocating resources and  we will touch upon this topic too.

The amount of time needed for this workshop is difficult to estimate without an intake, but please contact us if you are interested to discuss the possibilities and to make sure we present a customized solution for your situation and organization.

Our deliverable will be a document summarizing the workshop, and a presentation of the strategy.

Impact, risk and opportunity assessment

After a strategy and ambition level is defined, it is important to make an impact, risk and opportunity assessment.

We typically like to organize a workshop with specialist and key people inside your organisation, potentially supplemented with some industry experts, and brainstorm on every aspect of climate change and how it can impact your business.

The ESRS describes what needs to be included, and has some requirements on the process, but at the end you know your business, and it can be a fun exercise! It will force you to strategically think about the future and this should give you an edge on the competition.

We would be happy to organize this day for you; facilitate the discussions, keep track of the ESRS requirements, and help you to brainstorm.

Our deliverable will be a document summarizing the workshop, a presentation of the impacts, risks and opportunities. And it will be a great way into the next step; adjust your strategy to be prepared for the future!
